Spring Meditation: Letting Go

Some colleagues started the Compassion Project to help people meditate together during the Covid-19 pandemic. I decided to record a meditation video as a contribution to help people with letting go of unwanted feelings they might be experiencing during this difficult time.

This is a spring-themed meditation that I wrote to use during the vision board workshops I have facilitated in prior springs. The imagery will likely help you connect with your senses and feel more present in your body while also helping you imagine letting go of distress.

Although this video was originally intended for dealing with stress from the Covid-19 pandemic, it can also help relieve stress from other current events.
