Resources for Coping with Covid-19

self-care coping skills for covid-19

A colleague wrote an article about how mental health professionals are coping with Covid-19, and she included what I told her!

This is what I said: “I’ve been taking a lot of baths and listening to meditations or soothing music while I do so. I’ve also been listening to my favorite upbeat music, taking walks/hikes, and turning to various communities I belong to for support!” (Shout out to Pacha Soap for the amazing bath bombs I’ve been using to relax… all natural, not tested on animals, lovely smelling bath bombs!)

You can read the rest of the article here to see how other mental health professionals are practicing self-care during this intense time. It might help give you ideas for your own self-care!

Due to the pandemic, I am currently seeing clients online so can now work with anyone in Maryland as opposed to just people who are local to Reisterstown/Baltimore. Feel free to contact me if you would like to see if we’re a good fit to work together while you navigate coping with Covid-19!
